My Authentication Code Isn't Working
If you need us to re-send your activation code, go to: /go/login/activate/.
How do I activate my account:
- Click here to activate your account.
- Then enter the authentication code that was emailed to the account your registered with.
- Authentication codes are case sensitive.
I never received my authentication code:
- If you didn't immediately receive your authentication code, first check your spam folder to make sure it wasn’t filtered out of your regular e-mail.
- If you’re still having trouble and haven’t received your activation code you may have entered the incorrect email address in which case you’ll need to repeat the signup process with the correct address.
My authentication code isn't working:
- Make sure you don't have any leading or trailing spaces.
- Trying clicking the authentication link provided in your verification email.
- If all else fails, email support and provide the email address you registered with. We'll respond shortly.
