What are Lead Alerts?
Lead alerts are short text or email messages, instantly sent to your phone and/or email with the lead details. Trulia reports that the odds of successfully contacting an online lead are 100 times higher if the lead hears from an agent within five minutes of submitting an online form.

Turning Text Alerts on/off:
- Login to your account.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Modify your Cell Phone & Text Alerts setting.
How do I stop text alerts
- Reply to any text alert with the word "STOP".
How do I restart text alerts
- Reply to any text alert with the word "START".
When should I expect to receive a text alert:
- 2 - 15 seconds after someone completes your listings contact form.
