Terms & Conditions

All properties will be shot AS IS. Properties should be in showing condition when the photographers arrive. The photographers are not responsible for moving any articles, furniture or cleaning. If certain shots or angles are desired, the agent or homeowner must specify these requests prior to or at the time of shooting. If no special requests have been made, the photographers will use their experience and discretion to capture the shots and angles they feel best showcase the property. Small bathrooms, powder rooms and garages are not considered a shooting priority unless the agent or homeowner requests otherwise.

The photographers are on a schedule, so any preventable delays during or prior to filming may result in a detention time fee of .77 cents per minute. The first 10 minutes are free.

Orders that are canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of the original scheduled time are subject to a $99 rescheduling/cancelation fee. If a team arrives to film and the order is canceled, there will be a mileage fee added to the $99 cancelation fee. Jobs that are rescheduled due to rain will not incur a rescheduling fee. If the agent is notified of possible rain and still requests the photographers to attempt to film, the cancelation fee of $99 including mileage fee will apply if the order is then canceled or rescheduled by the agent. Photographers will not film any exterior shots in rain, although you may request them to film interior shots only based upon the agreement of the photographers.

A reshoot fee of $125 will be applied to go back and reshoot any portion of the property. If the photographer is at fault for missing an imperative shot that had been requested, the fee will be waived.

The fee for a twilight shoot is an additional $99 when requested in addition to the standard package. The listing will be scheduled for an evening shoot and the photographer will stick around after till twilight and capture twilight shots. If only a twilight shot is requested (a la carte), the fee is $150. Twilight shots will be a total of anywhere between 2-5 edited exterior shots. Twilight shots require long exposures, and the quality may be impacted by heavy winds. If heavy winds are present, the photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the twilight shoot. If cancelation or rescheduling of the twilight shoot is considered, the Agent will be notified immediately.

Weekend and Holiday filming are dependent upon photographer availability and are subject to a 50 percent fee increase. A mileage fee will also be included on out of area listings out of the core service area. Projects filmed on Fridays and weekends will be completed by that following business day. Projects filmed on Holidays will be completed by the end of the next business day.
